Courtesy of the Campbell family, I made Chicken Casserole tonight. Incredibly easy and I have food to feed an army!I did change the recipe a teansey tiny bit. I added a bit of paprika to the mixture as well as some salt. I also had a tremendous amount of chicken to use up so my chicken to rice proportions are a bit off. But I was expecting that...

Hey, cheesy chicken and rice casserole! Like the song in the ads! I can't help but sing it now. It's always good to have some recipes up your sleeve that can feed an army. Having good lunches is one of the best parts of doing real cooking. And, your photos are way better than mine!
